It is also important to have an overview of the site, the legal documents and understanding of the same. The Occupation certificate and other primary formalities have to be complied by the builder and valid approvals from BMC are essential to process the sale purchase activity in new houses. It is imperative that the client has clarified the commission rate and also the interval in which the payment has to be made. A pleasing personality, sound knowledgeable and good communication skills fulfills the role of the property agent. The broker also has to understand the market movement and maintain a rapport with the builders, second buyers, new clients and existing clientele for good will creation.
