These kinds of flats are sold for better pricing and to avail a profit. The investor in case of an NRI has the interest in availing a price gain and may give authority to a POA or power of attorney. This affidavit has to be perused by the agent and he must consider all the clauses mentioned in the same. There has to be a clear communication as to what fixtures and furnishings are to be left behind by the seller and if it s included in the sale process. This is often an issue and if not clarified causes misunderstanding after the deal. The car park allotment has also to be clarified for future accommodation. Shops and Galas have a different demand supply technique and has to be adhered by the occupants. It is important that the agent completes his duty in hand holding till finalization of the deal to avoid hassles.
